CityStay is a short term housing and artist in residence program for individuals or groups that seek lodging in New York City. We are excited about facilitating the same arts performance and production services we offer locally to performance companies and independent arts professionals from across the country.

Residency applicants can pursue a wide range of creative disciplines. Residents can use their stay at OfficeOps as a base to explore the New York metropolitan area or propose a project involving the specific use of our facilities.

The program includes dormitory style accomodations for $200 per week so you can affordably stay in New York City. We also offer shared suites and private studio accommodations at reasonable rates, furnished or unfurnished. This basic residency includes lockable storage, kitchen, bath, and common area use, as well as free internet access and unlimited domestic calling so you can stay in touch, set up interviews, reviews or auditions, promote your project and learn more about what the city has to offer. Pricing for additional usage of OfficeOps facilities can be worked out on a project by project basis.
