OfficeOps is located in the mixed-use East Williamsburg Industrial Park. The area is very much of the city with loft buildings, townhouses, factories, and warehouses populating the landscape. Approximately twelve renovated buildings are situated right around the train stop. There are about two thousand artists and young professionals bouncing between here and Union Square so there are always people going to and from the train.
