OfficeOps offers teacher-driven classes in our facilities. Independent teachers are offering instruction in diciplines such as yoga, photography, illustration, music, crafts and more. This page regularly updates with the latest offerings so check back often.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the full practice of Yoga, but felt intimidated by the participants or instructor, then my course is designed with you in mind. I’m a certified Yoga instructor that believes EVERYONE deserves the right to practice...and to experience what it feels like to go into, “Scorpion”.

Moving from an introductory to a more advanced curriculum, this course will customize a Yoga practice that fits your lifestyle. Course material will emphasize dynamic postures, diet, positive thinking and meditation.

People struggling with their weight or those who consider themselves out of shape are encouraged to sign up. Class capped at 15 students. Call for availability. Installment payments accepted. Bring your mat, water, and towel.

Nitya is a 200 hour Yoga instructor, certified by the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy in India.

CLASS INFORMATION

Students will learn the basics of capturing and printing an image. Each week there is a take-home photo assignment emphasizing technical skills as well as the aesthetics of composition.

Chemicals are provided. Students can also book darkroom time outside of class for $10 an hour.
